Are all your glasses and sunglasses authentic?
Yes, every pair of glasses and sunglasses we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the official brand manufacturers. Each product comes with its original case, cleaning cloth, and manufacturer warranty.
Can I add my prescription to any frame?
Most of our optical frames and many of our sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses. Simply select the 'Add Prescription' option on the product page to enter your details and choose your lens type.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, while international express shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable.
