Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Eyewear
Carefully place the frames, along with the original case, cleaning cloth, and authenticity certificates, inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
